This video call is to better understand your health goals and needs. It allows us to personalize your experience from the very beginning.
No direct medical advice is given at this appointment.
Currently we are only licensed to see patients in NY, CT, and PA.
This one-time assessment is a deep dive where we learn about your current lifestyle and the imbalances that are impacting your health.
Blood work is ordered prior to this appointment and results will be interpreted. You will leave with a personalized lifestyle and supplement prescription plan.
This assessment includes two separate appointments; a 90 minute appointment with Dr. Midgley, as well as a follow up with our health and wellness coach.
This appointment is necessary to establish care at Elemental Health. Fee is $350, does not include cost of laboratory testing. This visit is only available to patients who live in NY, CT, or PA, and must have an inperson visit to establish care.
This is where the deep work occurs.
With our 12 month membership, you receive regular appointments with Dr. Midgley and our health and wellness coaches.
You will be supported as we optimize your health through consistent and powerful lifestyle changes to get you moving better, eating better, sleeping better, feeling better, and living better.
